I had an amazing experience from start to finish! From the moment I called and spoke with the office staff who were so friendly and reassuring, to the technician who explained and even SHOWED me every detail of my units problems (which was not good news) I felt confident that I was being taken care of. I have been using Blue Star for just under a year. I have their maintenance package which they come out twice a year. And when Blue Star comes out, they actually perform maintenance! A novel concept. They will spend round 90 - 120 minutes each time, meticulously going through my systems to make sure they work at their peek performance. The other company that came out I paid the same amount for their maintenance package and they may have spent a total of 30 minutes. All they did was "check" to make sure everything was running at that point. Well.... Last year they installed a new coil. That coil went out and was only warranted for 1yr and of course the warranty period passed. Blue Star came out and offered me three different options. I chose to have the entire system that went out replaced. Ouch!? Well, if I had them 2 years ago and was given good professional advice, the money I spent with the other company would have paid for the new system. They do fantastic work and they back their work.
