  • “So far, so good. Tony came out today, Monday, July 11, 2016 as promised. He called before coming, was very polite, wore booties. He removed an extra filthy filter upstairs that was not needed. Cleaned the outside unit extremely well. Took a lot of time to explain my pieced together unit. I was impressed. I signed up for their maintenance program. Probably will buy any new needed equipment from them. P.S. I can feel additional air coming out of my ducts without the 2nd filter that Tony removed. Make sure of how many filters you need. You can hinder the flow with too many. Check with your A/C man.”

  • “Our 8 year old A/C unit started going on the fritz on Tuesday, Tony with Blue Star was here on Wednesday, and recommended that we replace the entire system as well as the ancient duct work. This is something we were prepared for as we knew our unit wasn’t efficient enough nor keeping the air clean enough. Little did we know that there was mold and nastiness in the blower and inside the air handler and that the original 1982 duct work was so bad and most likely led to this mess. Tony wasn’t pushy at all with his sales approach and laid out all of the options for us. We couldn’t afford the highest end system available, but in the end that didn’t matter, as what has been installed is 10 times better than our old system. First call on Tuesday, visit and consultation Wednesday, install on Thursday, and now we have an excellent, more energy efficient, and cleaner air producing system.
